Reason for Coaching: Coaching helps give me purpose and fulfillment.  I find it truly inspirational watching someone accomplish a goal that felt was unattainable.  The smile on someones face when they accomplish their first pull up is magical.  Those moments motivate me to continue to work hard and improve myself.
Biggest CrossFit Win: Understanding that Intensity doesn’t mean Rx or Bust.  It is relative to the individual at that moment.
Favorite CrossFit Workout:  Cindy.  Simple and Humbling at the same time.
