The foundation of any successful fitness program includes sound nutrition practices. CrossFit provides a framework for nutrition in the 100 Words of Fitness. “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.” Our coaches will help guide you through the myths around nutrition while providing you with the plan to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
Team Performance Training is the most time efficient way to improve athleticism for sport athletes. It is also a great team-building activity during the off-season teams, keeping everyone training hard and working towards a common goal. Team training sessions combine the essential components of strength & conditioning programs your athletes need and deliver them in a group format.
Our 90 minute sessions are designed to improve athleticism by incorporating speed, power, agility, and strength training. Your athletes will get faster, and more powerful, in a way that decreases injury risk. We incorporate a variety of classical and modern strength & conditioning approaches in mixed modalities. Athletes will squat, pull and press to build strength, do dedicated core and accessory work to shore off weaknesses, and hit hard, time domain appropriate conditioning pieces to develop the required conditioning for their sport.
Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, gain strength, or simply prefer 1-1 attention, training with our coaches help you stay accountable to your goals and reach them quicker. These sessions are planned to fit your schedule.
